Hiša v Bibinjah Hiša s parcelo se nahaja na punti v Bibinjah nasproti marine Sukošan. Lokacija je mirna , saj v neposredni bližini ni lokalov. Parcela leži v prvi vrsti ob morju, kar pomeni, da ima lastno plažo in lasten pomol. Možna je izgradnja dodatnih parkirišč znotraj ograje. Zelenica Na zelenici je nekaj sadnih dreves tipičnih za Dalmacijo, zraven zelenice je zelenjavni vrt za povrtnino. Tam se lahko prideluje vse kar uspeva v Dalmaciji. Objekti Prvi objekt je pri vhodu na parcelo. V pritličju je spalnica, kopalnica, mini kuhinja (apartma za dve osebi). V kleti je delavnica in shramba za orodje v kateri je tudi vodnjak s sladko vodo kapacitete 10m3/dan. Iz vodnjaka so po vsej parceli speljane cevi za zalivanje vrta, zelenice, ter za polnjenje bazena. Drugi objekt je hiša, ki ima 320 m2 stanovanjske površine v dveh etažah. Vključuje kuhinjo, velik dnevni prostor v velikosti 60 m2 v katerem so tudi že pripravljeni priključki za kuhinjo, spalnico, prostor za garderobo, večjo kopalnico, in teraso s pogledom na morje in bližnje otoke. V kletnih prostorih je pričeta izgradnja dveh spalnic in kopalnice, zaradi okusa posameznika so z deli prenehali. Kopalnice so večje, da se po potrebi postavijo masažne tuš kabine. V kleti je tudi prostor iz katerega je izhod direktno na plažo. Plaža in kopanje Parcela ima lastno plažo in pomol do katerega je možno priti z manjšimi plovili. Pred teraso se nahaja tudi bazen. Bazen je možno napolniti s sladko vodo iz vodnjaka ali pa kar z morsko vodo. Dotok in odtok za morsko vodo je narejen. Kamini En kamin je pred hišo, zraven je kamnita miza ter velika smokva. Dva kamina sta v hiši. Zraven kamina v kuhinji je tudi peč za peko pizz. V vseh treh kaminih je možno speči od odojka, gredele, podpeke do pizz. Gretje Zimsko gretje je urejeno s klimami, kakor tudi letno hlajenje. Po potrebi je možna postavitev kaminske peči, dimnik je že pripravljen. V hiši je tudi telefon, internet in varovanje hiše. THE HOUSE IN BIBINJE The house and the belonging astate are located an a cape (punta) in Bibinje, opposite to the Sukošan marina. Location is quiet as there are no bars or similar public houses nearby. The estate lies directly on the shore, and thereby includeds a private beach and pier. The estate Area is about 1300 m2, with a large meadow, vegetable garden, a parking lot, two buildings, a swimming pool, an orchard and a fresh water well. Parking lot There are 4-6 car emplacements, shaded by three trees. Additional emplacements can be built inside the fence. Meadow There are few typically Dalmatian fruit baring trees planted about the meadow, with an adjoining vegetable garden where anything which thrives in Dalmatia can be grown. Buildings Firstly, there is an house at the entrance of the estate. Ground floor includes a bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchenette (it is a two person suite). In the basement there is a workshop and a tool storage, inside which is a fresh water well that can provide up to 10.000 liters per day. Water is channelled into pipes which are installed throughout the estate and enable watering of the garden and meadow, and filling the pool. Secondly, the larger house has an area of 320 m2 on two floors. It includes a kitchen, a large living area (60m2) with all fixtures for a possible kitchen already installed, a master bedroom, a wardrobe, a large bathroom and a terrace with a view of the sea and the nearer island. In the basement, construction of two bedrooms and two bathrooms is complete up to the stage of requiring end customer preferences for completion. Both bathrooms are spacey enough to allow for additional installation of massage baths or similar. The basement exits directly to the beach. The beach There is private beach and a peer which allows for docking of smaller crafts. In front of the terrace is a swimming pool which fills either from fresh water well or the sea. Inlets and outlets for the seawater are installed. Fireplaces There is a fireplace in front of the larger house, with a large stone table and an ancient fig tree nearby. There are two fireplaces inside. Next to the one in the kitchen there is also a pizza furnace. All three fireplaces are big enough to enable roasting of pigs and use of the traditional Dalmatian cooking utensils, such as podpeka and gradela. Heating Heating and cooling by way of air conditioning units. Additional wood stoves can be installed, by the chimney is in place. House is also equipped with a telephone line, and has wideband internet access and a security system already installed.
