Nepremičnine v naravi predstavljajo bivši tiskarski kompleks podjetja DELO na Likozarjevi ulici v Ljubljani. Kompleks obsega več poslovno industrijskih stavb, ki se držijo ena druge.
Del skladišč je že zaseden z najemniki, še vedno pa je prostor za dodatni najem, bodisi pisarn ali skladišč.
Na voljo je več kletnih boksov, ki merijo med 60 in 100 m2. Po dogovoru je možen tudi najem večjega in nezagrajenega prostora. Prostori se nahajajo v kletni etaži in so dosegljivi s tovornim dvigalom.
Najemnina za skladišča znaša 6 €/m2 + DDV; tekoči stroški se delijo med uporabniki po kvadraturi in znašajo pavšalno cca 3 €/m2 + DDV.

Stranke obveščamo, da si DSU pridržuje pravico, da v postopku prodaje ne izbere nobenega ponudnika oz. z nobenim ponudnikom ni dolžan skleniti prodajne pogodbe za pogodbeni predmet ali stopiti v kakršnokoli drugo pravno razmerje, četudi je ponudba enaka višini informativne (prodajne) cene ali višja. Prav tako ima DSU možnost za prodajo pogodbenega predmeta razpisati javno dražbo, e-dražbo, objaviti razpis za zbiranje zavezujočih ponudb ali s ponudniki, ki oddajo enako ponudbo, izvesti dodatna pogajanja.

Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin, ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastal ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV, v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.
The properties consist of the former printing complex of the company DELO, located on Likozarjeva Street in Ljubljana. The complex includes several interconnected commercial and industrial buildings.
Part of the warehouse space is already occupied by tenants, but additional space is still available for rent, either as offices or storage facilities.
Several basement storage units are available, ranging in size from 60 to 100 m². Larger, open spaces can also be rented by agreement. The storage units are located in the basement level and are accessible via a freight elevator.
The rental price for storage spaces is €6/m² + VAT. Utility costs are shared among users based on square meterage and amount to approximately €3/m² + VAT.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system, by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
