Bled, center - večja stanovanjska hiša v središču mesta s prekrasnimi pogledi proti Blejskemu gradu in Triglavu - priložnost za investicijo (možnost ureditve v večstanovanjski objekt).

Leta 1987 je bil dozidan garažni del na južni strani hiše, leta 1972 pa so na podlagi gradbenega dovoljenja objekt spremenili in povečali v današnje stanje - takrat je bila tudi obnovljena elektro in vodovodna instalacija. Streha je bila nazadnje obnovljena leta 2001, okna zamenjana leta 2012. Kopalnice z odtoki so bile nazadnje obnovljene v 1. nadstropju leta 2013. Nadstrešek za avto je bil izveden leta 2008.
Objekt sestoji iz štirih etaž. Etaže so med seboj povezane s spretno umeščenim stopniščem, ki poteka izven stanovanjskih prostorov ter tako omogoča popolnoma zasebno rabo vsake od navedenih stanovanjskih enot.
V kletni etaži se nahajajo prostorni tehnični prostori, tri garaže in shrambe.. V visokem pritličju in prvem nadstropju sta izdelani samostojni 2,5 - sobni stanovanji, v mansardi pa so še dodatne sobe s kopalnico, ki bi jih z manjšim posegom lahko preuredil v tretjo samostojno stanovanjsko enoto.
