Po predračunu izvajalca (Jelovica), bi dokončanje stavbe bodočega lastnika stalo 21.000,00 EUR. Dela bi bila lahko zaključena v slabem mesecu dni, lahko pa za dokončanje objekta novi lastnik izbere svoje izvajalce.
Za hišo je že izdano uporabno dovoljenje.
HIŠA C obsega :
a) v pritličju: vhodno vežo, WC, tehnični prostor ter odprt izredno svetel in prijeten bivalni prostor (kuhinja + jedilnica + dnevni prostor) – skupna izmera 63,60 m2
b) v mansardi: spalnico z garderobno sobo, dve otroški sobi, prostorno kopalnica (s predvideno tuš kabino in kadjo) - skupaj v izmeri 63,42 m2
c) ter neizdelano podstrešje: kjer je shramba – v približni izmeri 10,00 m2
Skupna izmera bivalnih površin v hiši je 127,00 m2. Zemljišče meri 783,00 m2, HIŠI C pripada 756,00 m2 funkcionalnega zemljišča + 27,00 m2 za parkirni mesti.
Prodajalec je za doplačilo pripravljen vsa preostala dela izvesti "na ključ".
Cena že vključuje DDV.
