Predmet prodaje je solastnina na dveh delih v stavbi št. 1725 - 597 na naslovu Slovenska cesta 56 v Ljubljani.
Stavba se nahaja v poslovnem središču Ljubljane na Bavarskem dvoru in je lahko dostopna. Vsa infrastruktura je v neposredni bližini.
Dela stavbe št. 58 in 59 sta razvidna iz Elaborata za vpis podatkov v kataster stavb z dne 13. 2. 2008 in 12. 1. 2009, nepremičnini še nista vpisani v zemljiško knjigo; postopek vpisa v ZK je v teku.
V naravi gre za pisarniške prostore v 6. nadstropju poslovnega objekta, ki so v lasti 12 solastnikov. Solastnina v naravi ni razdeljena. Deli 58, 59 in 60 naj bi tvorili zaključeno celoto.
Dela stavbe merita 12,3 m2 (št. 58) in 76,6 m2 (št. 59), skupaj 88,9 m2. Predmet prodaje je solastniški delež v višini 574/10000 (5,74 %), kar predstavlja skupaj 5,10 m2 (0,71 + 4,4 m2).
K oglaševani ceni se prišteje še pripadajoči davek.
Stranke obveščamo, da si DSU pridržuje pravico, da v postopku prodaje ne izbere nobenega ponudnika oz. z nobenim ponudnikom ni dolžan skleniti prodajne pogodbe za pogodbeni predmet ali stopiti v kakršnokoli drugo pravno razmerje, četudi je ponudba enaka višini informativne (prodajne) cene ali višja. Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin, ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastal ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV, v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.
