Sredozemsko mestece Izola je staro ribiško mesto in slovenska občina ob jadranski obali na vrhu istrskega polotoka. S 15.900 prebivalci je Izola drugo največje turistično središče na Slovenski obali. Izola je zaradi svojega zgodovinskega karakterja, odlične kulinarike in okoliških naravnih lepot zelo priljubljena destinacija med domačimi in tujimi turisti. V bližini so Sečoveljske soline, ki po vsem svetu slovijo po tradicionalnem načinu pridelave soli. Svoje pridoda še bližina Krasa, ki je dom Lipice in lipicancev in ki privablja s čudovitim podzemnim svetom Postojnske jame, Škocjanskih jam in Vilenice. Južno Primoska regija slovi tudi po odličnih vinih in gurmanskih dobrotah. Mesto je s cestami odlično povezano z ostalo Slovenijo, Italijo in Hrvaško. Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin, ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastal ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV, v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.
