The land is partly intended for residential construction, and partly for agricultural land (meadow, forest). It is located in the village of Planina, near Postojna. The property in nature represents a meadow and partly a forest. Access from the local road is enabled. To start building a detailed spatial plan for some plots must be adopted by Municipiality of Postojna. Some plots have already a valid spatial plan.
