Što se tiče obloga, izvana je svaka vila obložena travertin kamenom, a fasade će biti izvedene klasično sa stiroporom. Boja fasade je bež.
- GRIJANJE I HLAĐENJE
Svaka vila ima vlastiti sustav grijanja, hlađenja i pripreme potrošne tople vode putem dizalica topline i klima uređaja vrhunskog Japanskog proizvođača MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES Grijanje svake prostorije vile osigurano je putem sustava podnog grijanja, dok je hlađenje svake prostorije osigurano putem multisplit klima uređaja.
- INTERIJER
Ville su zamišljene do razine izgrađenosti visoki roh bau. Na taj način želimo omogućiti budućim vlasnicima da sami dizajniraju svoj interijer prema osobnim preferencijama. Također, naš tim dizajnera uvijek je spreman preuzeti taj posao na sebe, ukoliko postignemo takav dogovor.
