Floor: The independent apartment is located on the first floor and consists of two parts: the left part and the right part. The right part includes a large dining room with a balcony, a small kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The left part comprises a completely independent unit (without kitchen): living room, bedroom, balcony, bathroom without toilet. There is air conditioning on the first floor.
